Office Manager

Reporting to the Director of People and  Culture, the Office Manager is an extension of the Leadership Team and is responsible for the day-to-day office operations and administration of The Jean Tweed Centre.  The Office Manager will lead the administrative team with multi-faceted services that provide administrative, operational, and technical support to various departments within the organization.

Who We Are

The Jean Tweed Centre is a leading not-for-profit community-based organization that provides treatment, support and a safe place for women looking to overcome challenges with substance use, gambling and mental health. By building life skills and healthy habits, we help our clients build a new start for a better future.

Today, the Jean Tweed Centre provides counselling and care to over 1,700 women and their families each year, with a focus on helping women overcome challenges with substance use, gambling and mental health.

We offer day and residential programs, clinical and therapeutic counselling and groups, gambling support groups, trauma services, support for mothers and caregivers, supportive housing, case management, justice programs, support to friends and family members, virtual services and licensed therapeutic child development centre.

Understanding each woman’s experience within the broader physical, emotional, social, cultural and gender framework, fosters our client-centered approach to health.
