The Scott Mission is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be a key enterprise leader responsible for end-to-end operations, ensuring excellence, financial sustainability, and delivery on the mission’s objectives. As a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, the COO partners closely with the CEO and senior leaders to provide spiritual leadership, shape strategy, drive growth, and steward resources wisely.
The COO oversees an integrated portfolio that includes Finance, Property Management, Social Enterprise, Warehouse, Facilities, and Food Services. The leader in this role drives operational excellence and scalable growth by translating strategy into multi-year, measurable initiatives, while advancing multi-sector growth plans, strategic internal and external partnerships, and service expansion across the organization’s operations.
