Reporting to the President and CEO, the Interim Senior Director, Fund Development is an innovative and collaborative leader. You will lead the fund development team to grow and deepen support from all sources of giving including corporate and community partnerships, corporate philanthropy, fundraising events, and individual giving, in alignment with JA Central Ontario’s mission and strategic plan.
As a member of the executive leadership team, you collaborate with the President & CEO on the development of the fund development strategy. Together you ensure the development plan is aligned with the organization’s strategic plan and annual operating goals.

The salary range for this position begins at $110,000 and can be negotiated based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits plan, professional development support, and generous paid time-off.
